ADVANCE YOUR MUSCLE-BUILDING AND PERFORMANCE GOALS

CREAKONG reigns as the king of the creatine jungle. Sure, you could always pick up the basic creatine supplement with a laughable amount of creatine monohydrate per serving, but you are anything but basic, right? CREAKONG delivers a potent blend of 4 grams of three types of creatine for maximum bioavailability. All three creatines in CREAKONG have been extensively scientifically studied and proven to increase muscle mass, strength, and athletic performance. CREAKONG is unflavored for easy stacking with MUTANT’s other products and is drug-tested for banned substances by Informed Choice.

HOW DO I USE MUTANT CREAKONG?
As a dietary supplement for adults performing high-intensity exercise, take one serving 20–30 minutes before or after a workout with at least 8–12 fl oz (240–360 mL) of water. Extend the benefits of MUTANT®️ CREAKONG™ on non-workout days by consuming a serving when convenient, such as mixing it with a morning or afternoon protein shake.

HOW MUCH CREATINE DOES A SCOOP HAVE?
Each serving is 4g of this unique triple blend of 3 creatines – all 3 forms are research-tested and verified to perform! MUTANT®️ LAB REPORT: There have been over 40 creatine compounds developed over the years, yet only a handful actually have “strong science,” according to a world-renowned 2022 research report by 3 of the recognized top creatine researchers in the world. CREAKONG™ contains ONLY research-backed creatines – 3 of the very “best of the best” – and does not use any inferior or unproven creatine sources at all!*

IS CREAKONG BENEFICIAL TO TAKE ON NON-WORKOUT DAYS?
Yes! To see the benefits of creatine supplementation, you should use it daily, including rest days. Creatine is an ingredient you take to increase the STORES of creatine in your body (stored as phosphocreatine) – so if you skip a day, you’re just depleting your stored levels, and that does you no good. Using CREAKONG™ on rest days can support faster muscle recovery and reduce muscle soreness and fatigue, which can help you build muscle faster.

I AM A COLLEGE ATHLETE. WILL CREAKONG MAKE ME FAIL A DRUG TEST?
CREAKONG™ is regularly banned-substance tested by Informed Choice. CREAKONG’s Informed Choice testing helps reassure you that the supplement is considered compliant. The use of CREAKONG™ or any supplement is always at the discretion of the user.

DO I NEED TO DO A LOADING PHASE?
No. You never NEED to “LOAD” or do a “loading phase” on creatine. BUT…the whole point of taking creatine is to INCREASE your body’s own stores of creatine (as phosphocreatine aka PC) so that when your body is demanding more PC, it’s there!

Old studies (over 20 years ago) showed that by doing a loading phase (15-20g per day for 7 days), those PC stores did increase faster than by not loading, but 20+ years later, we now know that by simply taking 3-5g per day, phosphocreatine levels in our bodies do increase. So long as you’re ingesting 3-5g per day (CREAKONG hits the sweet spot right at 4g), you won’t NEED to load. You can if you want to – if you do, do not exceed 15-20g per day and for no longer than 7 days.

CREAKONG™ has been used by thousands of people just like you all over the world at one serving per day for years – so you’re good if you stick with one serving per day!

IS CREATINE A STEROID?
No. But we can see how some people may still somehow think it is – out of all the
dietary supplements that have been tested and approved, it is the most trusted ingredient for helping to add muscle power and muscle size.

DOES CREATINE CAUSE KIDNEY DAMAGE/RENAL DYSFUNCTION?
Let’s not gabble farb this – a terrific 2021 study that looked at 200 other studies,
summarized their findings this way:

“In summary, experimental and controlled research indicates that creatine supplementation, when ingested at recommended dosages, does not result in kidney damage and/or renal dysfunction in healthy individuals.”*
*Antonio et al.; JISSN: Article 13 (2021), February 8, 2021

DOES CREATINE CAUSE HAIR LOSS/BALDNESS?
Really? Holy crap – the same 2021 study had this to say: “In summary, the current body of evidence does not indicate that creatine supplementation…causes hair loss/baldness.”

So, the short answer is not bloody likely. Sheesh – somebody must be smoking
something to invent that rumor.

DOES CREATINE LEAD TO DEHYDRATION AND MUSCLE CRAMPING?
No – this ancient rumor has been put to bed before many times. Once again, this massive 2021 study stated, “…research does not validate the notion that creatine supplementation causes dehydration and muscle cramping.”
*Antonio et al.; JISSN: Article 13 (2021), February 8, 2021

IS CREATINE HARMFUL FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS?
Legally, we can’t answer this because we can only market this product to adults. But according to that 2021 study, “In summary, based on the limited evidence, creatine supplementation appears safe and potentially beneficial for children and adolescents.”
*Antonio et al.; JISSN: Article 13 (2021), February 8, 2021

DOES CREATINE INCREASE BODY FAT?
Eating more calories than you burn increases body fat.
According to research, creatine supplementation does not. Next question!

IS CREATINE JUST FOR GUYS?
Really? Of course not! Men and women can both use creatine. Just if you’re a woman who is pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before using any creatine or any dietary supplement.

IS CREATINE STABLE OR NOT?
(We’re shaking our heads on this one). Listen, creatine powders – at least the top ones, as per the 2022 research report mentioned above – are considered stable. You have to watch out for creatine sold to you as a liquid or a gummy. Liquid versions of creatine have long been shown to not be stable and, in fact, are banned in certain countries such as Canada, for example. Stability can be measured largely by testing for the creatine metabolite creatinine, which is formed as creatine begins to ‘degrade’. Gummies are now becoming a concern as they are considered to be ‘wet manufactured’ and the concern is that the gummy production environment will cause the creatine to begin to degrade – if an assay shows creatinine levels above 100 ppm (parts per million), that’s an indicator that the gummy would indeed be a creatine format to avoid.
